Jacky Kreple was born and raised in the beautiful Green Mountains of Vermont. Coming from a musical, theatrical, and artistic family, she was immersed in the arts from a young age. Jacky also began riding horses at age six, spending her childhood competing in the 3-day event world. It remains a lifelong passion, as she and Michael continue to own horses today.

In 1997, Jacky moved to Los Angeles, where she met her husband and business partner, Michael Kreple. For over 26 years, Jacky and Michael have owned and operated successful recording studios, specializing in audio post-production for film and TV as well as music production, recording bands and artists alike. They released their first album together in 1998, with the "band" name as Jacqi's Angel and the album called SHADOWS. Since then, they have written numerous songs featured in major films, including Three Thousand Miles to Graceland (starring Kevin Costner and Kurt Russell) and On Fire (starring Peter Facinelli).

Jacky joined the band Hand of Giants in 2019, performing throughout Los Angeles and opening for prominent groups like the Gin Blossoms. After she and Michael relocated to Michigan in 2021, Michael formed a new version of Hand of Giants, with Jacky remaining a key member of the project. Her rich, soulful voice is a perfect complement to the band's sound. Today, Hand of Giants has expanded into an eight-piece band ready to take on the festival world.
